Chiropractic care has been practiced for the last 125 years.  New patients often have questions concerning certain conditions or methods of treatment. Below is a list of common questions with answers.  If there are questions that are not listed, please feel free to call the office.

  • What happens at the first visit with the Chiropractor?
    The Chiropractor will perform a physical examination, x-ray examination, and treatment which includes a chiropractic adjustment.
  • Do you accept health insurance?
    Yes, O'Laire Chiropractic accepts most major health insurance plans including BCBS, Medicare, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana. If you have other health insurance plans please call the office to verify benefits.
  • Is Chiropractic care safe?
    Chiropractic care is safe for patients of all ages ranging from infants to the geriatric community. There are certain conditions that are contraindications for specific treatment methods that the Chiropractor will explain if necessary.
  • Is Chiropractic care effective?
    Chiropractic care has been shown to be an effective treatment method for many spinal conditions. Depending on the diagnosis; a trial of Chiropractic treatment ranges from 6-12 visits with continued care being based on the results of the initial trial of care.
